About Douglas

I grew up watching horror flicks, to my mother's dismay. When I started reading, one of the first stories I ever picked up was Tale Tale Heart. I spent most of my youth with my nose in a book and most of my young adult to adult life with my fingers on a keypad. That is, when I wasn't drinking and partying too much.

Alas, the party days are done. I am now a mid-thirties married man with two beautiful young children, a hyperactive hypoallergenic poodle thing at my feet, a lazy lab in the corner, and a sheet of chocolate chip cookies in the oven that I should probably go check on.

After spending most of my writing career on novels, short stories, poetry, etc. I had the genius idea to try my hand at screenplays and I absolutely love it. I hope you do too.
