About Rhonda

DC native and Florida A&M University alum. Rhonda's recent horror feature was an Official Selection at the 2020 Urbanworld Film Festival and a Quarter-Finalist in the 2021 Atlanta Film Festival . She’s written and directed two short web series and two short thrillers. She is a Coverfly Red List writer with screenplays in the Top 1% on Coverfly. Her storytelling goal is to showcase women and communities of color on film in ways they haven’t traditionally been seen.
