About Chris

Chris Wonnacott is a full-time screenwriting student at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA, where she received an Artistic Achievement Scholarship for her completed novels and screenplays.

Her novel "All For Revenge" made the 2017 Tracking Board Launchpad Competition Honorable Mention List and her screenplay entitled "All For Revenge" placed in the second round of the 2018 Austin Film Festival.

Previously, Miss Wonnacott was nominated for the Tampa Bay Business Journal Woman of the Year.

Now in Pittsburgh, she enjoys a passion for her grandchildren, college, history, research, travel, and writing.

Unique traits: I think the closest distance between two people is a smile. I have a sense of humor and enjoy making people feel welcome in a new environment. Since we moved around a lot when I was a child, I never want anyone to feel alone in a strange environment. I love to use the power of words to inspire and encourage people to think about the choices they make in life. Everyone can make a difference by being kind, considerate, and thoughtful, one step at a time.
