A decades long drought forces a young man to choose between two men, each of whom could be his father, each representing a different way of life, the ranching life he loves or the technology-driven world of the 21^st Century. (Two eight-episode seasons)

SYNOPSIS:

This is a story about the paternity fiction a woman creates to “protect” her son and how he resolves the hatred each of the possible fathers has for the other, as he works to preserve an old west way of life, in the face of a changing climate and the technology-driven economy of 21st Century America. It’s a story about the power of money and about blood – the kinship of individuals determined to pursue their individual beliefs and desires, no matter the cost.
