As an officer of the elite government agency Homicide, an agent with a license to kill must do anything he can to save himself and family when the bureau he works for begins to hunt him.

SYNOPSIS:

Cain Miller is a part of an elite squad of agents that balance the world's population. Being a member of Homicide gives you a license to kill those that break the World Law, no family can have more than one child. In this post apocalyptic world, Cain must find his own balance after discovering his wife is pregnant with their second child and now the hunter has become the hunted.
