About Xaviera

Born and raised in the Philippines, Xaviera's passion for writing started when she was a tween writing love poems, short stories and school plays. Xaviera now lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband and two kids and works as a nurse.

Yup, she has a day job folks, courtesy of her level-headed parents who forced her into taking up nursing because steady, reliable income. Anyhoo, she also freelances as a copywriter for an international luxury jewelry brand based in Tokyo and New York.

To keep her passion alive, Xaviera enrolled in creative writing and screenwriting courses in Toronto. She self-published her YA fantasy novel, The Oranyn in 2018 under the pen name Xavi Lang. Xaviera is currently planning on turning her book into a Limited TV Series for fun.
