SYNOPSIS:

Does evil ever die? A retired serial killer's stalked by a prankster teenage girl.

A senior serial killer, an Afro-Hispanic named Reeks, is put out to pasture as an aging LAPD detective. Undiscovered for 30 years as the infamous Senior Slayer, he hides in seclusion to bury his murderous past. However, his nosy Asian neighbor, a teenage anime artist named Sul-Ki, spies on him in their RV community. When he stirs up her suspicions with his manic behavior, she finds it amusing to play pranks. Sul-Ki secretly sends a cryptic cartoon demanding he make restitution to cold case victims. But she's gone too far! Reek's killer instinct reignites and he retaliates with a vile killing spree.

. . . Then senior residents mysteriously go missing and turn up dead later.

Sul-Ki is now on Reeks's radar. She enlists quirky, local retirees to help super-sleuth. They report his bizarre activities. Police question the accused Reeks - then release him! As retribution, the seniors plot with Sul-Ki to apprehend the suspected killer on their own. Finally, they catch the Senior Slayer bloody-handed! He's convicted but is paroled early due to overcrowded prisons and pandemic risks. Outraged neighbors turn vigilante - a biblical eye-for-an-eye. Will the avenging murderer elude their justice and wreak vengeance on Sul-Ki? Or will she, an expert in Taekwondo, take Reeks out?

Troubled Sul-ki struggles with the fallout of arousing Reeks's homicidal urges. Yet, she grows increasingly brave and resourceful when confronted with his relentless evil. Her real-life resilience forces her to grapple with their imminent life-and-death conflict. The silent warrior within her is birthed as she illustrates these frightening exploits through her anime art. During a live-action battle with Reeks, an ex-pro boxer, she uses her Taekwondo skills to TKO the murderer. Then, senior residents finish him off!

Reek's decimated body vanishes without a trace. Is the serial killer truly dead?

Lulled into a false sense of safety, everyone resumes a normal routine. Weeks later, Sul-Ki takes full charge of her welfare and her ailing mother's PTSD. She publishes an Anime novel based on her horrific encounter with sociopathic Reeks and trains martial arts boot camps. Then, she receives a sinister letter from Reeks who has survived! He threatens to exact final justice soon. Alarmed, she fiercely prepares for a violent face-off. But mom intervenes and prays for God to end this murderer's madness. Reeks returns, consumed with deadly revenge. This can only end badly for Reeks or Sul-ki.

After the parents' bitter divorce, she's forced to move with her strict, workaholic mom to a remote location, the RV Park for active retirees. This is her new, strange, and dark world where her life radically changes with dire consequences. Resentful, rebellious, and lonely after being uprooted and isolated from school friends, she acts out. Defiance against authority figures fuels her need to vent angst against the senior neighbor Reeks through her threatening anime cartoons. When Sul-ki pranks him further by stalking and taunting him, she unwittingly triggers his killer instinct and becomes a target. She retreats into her gift for drawing anime and emerges as a princess warrior who bravely fights evil with true grit in her real world. She becomes the Comeback Kid who never gives up to demand justice.

RETIRED REEKS (Lead Male Antagonist): Reeks is a malevolent mass murderer! He used his legal power and authority as a Police Officer and LAPD Detective to be the first responder at many homicide investigations. This allowed him to officially contaminate every crime scene and get away with murder for decades. On rare occasions, he's questioned as a Person of Interest when a disturbing pattern emerges to attract Internal Affairs. But official concerns are dismissed in light of his long tenure as a decorated officer of the law. The story reveals the source of his uncontrollable fury - the mad, mouthy mother who abused him when he was young and browbeat him to suffer in pitiful squalor. As a reprisal, this brutal strangler lives out his evil fantasy to shut up senior, female victims. He's the Relentless Evil Villain who never seems to die.

3 ACTS: This action/anime thriller is a fusion of mostly live-action and some anime. It's a fast-burn, action-packed, high-stakes story. It's riddled with scary scenes full of highly suspenseful twists, turns, setups, and reveals. Harrowing and thrilling adventures will entertain viewers with endless conflict, fierce fighting, humorous hi-jinks, roller-coaster rides of spine-tingling chills, and shocking surprises. The theme is inspired by the primal killer instinct lurking within each of us as a desperate means to protect ourselves from various evil menaces. That killer instinct mirrors an alarming trend festering in our society. Too often, we are tempted to unleash it against those who live among us as ordinary-looking people whom we perceive as "monsters" - or sadly against the innocents, our children and our elderly.

This is a low-budget, contained film intended as a diversity project of emotionally expansive roles for bankable actors of gender and color. It's a unique combo of thrilling live-action and some exciting manga anime.
