About Winn
Producer and screenwriter whose indie music comedy cult hit, Losers Take All, was released by Phase 4 Films and presented by influential filmmaker Kevin Smith. The film, a love letter to the ‘80s punk era, starred Kyle Gallner, Allison Scagliotti, Tania Raymonde and Adam Herschman (among others), and featured music produced by Grammy-nominated artists Marshall Crenshaw and Scott Bomar. Losers Take All received wide acclaim for its original music and soundtrack, which featured influential bands from the period, prompting John Schaefer of WNYC’s Soundcheck to proclaim Losers Take All to be “the comedy version” of the renowned music book Our Band Could Be Your Life.
