Meryl & Amanda coming at you from Brooklyn, NY. We're two best friends and writing partners focused on creating and producing sex-positive, female-driven comedy. Clothing Optional, our first project, is an original musical buddy comedy about sex and dating in NYC; we tell it like it really is. We wrapped production on our test episode in 2019 and now we're looking for representation in order to start pitching this fun, relevant, and relatable show. Additionally, we are developing a reality series that follows high school-aged BIPOC ballet dancers in Harlem and seeks to answer the question: where are the dark-skinned, kinky and curly-haired, full-sized ballerinas with just as much talent as their peers?
