Marc-Daniel Dichant

Marc-Daniel Dichant is a film producer with more than a decade of international experience producing films for both cinema and television. His work includes the Oscar-nominated feature film IN DARKNESS (Canada and Poland co-production, directed by Agnieszka Holland) and SIMON AND THE OAKS (Sweden, Denmark, and Norway co-production). His production WACH (2018, directed by Kim Frank) was nominated for the prestigious Grimme Award.

His latest film is ORFEA IN LOVE by director Axel Ranisch, which premiered 2023 at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.

Together with the studio SHOOT’n’POST Marc-Daniel runs own projects from development, financing to production and release as well as co-productions with partners and clients of our studio facilities.

Marc-Daniel is a graduate from the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb) and a voting member of the European Film Academy.
