THE HUMMINGBIRD EXPRESS
By Kendall Ruhnow

GENRE: Sci-fi, Horror
LOGLINE:

What was meant to be a quiet train ride unravels when the three passengers aboard find the body of their conductor shoved in the bathroom. To their dismay, this is only first on a list of eldritch horrors and dark mysteries about this train which, come to think of it- none of them even remember boarding.

SYNOPSIS:

Traveling amongst strangers may be awkward, but fighting for your life against all manner of monsters with strangers on a train when you know little more than your own name is worse. Genesis finds herself on a train with two other riders all of whom come to realize they can't remember why they are here moments before finding the body of their conductor. As they attempt to piece together the murder and their amnesia, the train itself seems to revolt. The doors no longer lead to where they should, the walls can barely maintain their form, and above it all: something seems to be calling to Genesis, but is the voice just in her head, or is it something much more sinister?
