SYNOPSIS:

While still in development The Family House (working title) the exact synopsis is still up in the heir. Derek is an unemployed, gambling addict, his wife, Cynthia is getting frustrated at her husband and his ready to leave him before learning about the family house. The two travel to England and they meet Derek's great-grand father, Simon. He's never been married and has lived in the home alone for nearly 50 years. Now a developer wants the property and Simon won't sell. Simon tells Derek that he will own the home after e dies and he has to keep it in the family, but the money being offered would pay off Derek's debts. Will Derek sell the house...?
