A cubicle-dweller purchases a rundown strip mall as an investment and ends up with four unwanted roommates.

SYNOPSIS:

Kai, a cubicle-dweller with a hatred of corporate life, purchases an investment property in hopes of starting a real estate empire. Little did she know that this deal of a lifetime comes with major challenges- for it is a total dump!

The only saving grace is that there is a living space above the strip mall.

Her property attracts Stone and Hunter, a pair of lovers with a passion for fitness... Liz, an auto-mechanic whose American Dream doesn't involve working under a Chevy... and Skully, a tattoo artist who wants to ink the world.

In her quest to land these tenants, however, she has to sweeten the pot... and not only offers a great deal on the lease, but free room and board as well.
