SYNOPSIS:

On the hottest day of the year, four friends are trapped in a traffic jam in a car with no air conditioning. Things go from bad to worse when one of the friends starts having gastrointestinal issues from the extremely spicy Indian food he had at lunch. With no way to exit the traffic jam, the distressed friend is forced to defecate in his lunch box in the car.
