During the first six weeks of WWII, Dr. Renate — a determined German psychiatrist — embarks on a personal mission to save mentally ill patients from becoming victim to the first Nazi Zyklon B experiment on Polish soil, during which her inner demons and guilt resurface, forcing her to confront the moments leading up to her daughter’s tragic death.

Presumig her daughter was mentally ill ( but not killed through Operation Reinhard (start okt 41)-- how and why she was kiled, you keep in the shadows and reveal bit by bit through flashbacks) :

It all started in Brandenburg:

Still, I guess, I am missing something here. I chécked, and only in august 1941 they tested Cyclon B. See https://www.auschwitz.org/en/museum/news/64-years-ago-first-nazi-use-of-...
I know you kow all of this but somehow the dates not seem to count up with the facts?
Besides "Werk ohne Autor" this purely focuses on he holocaust, and doesn't get estray.
That is a good thing. A clear theme makes for a good, although terrible, strory.
