We do not speak about ourself in the third person, and others tend only speak of me behind my back, so I will continue in first person singular.
Currently, I am connected with nobody at all, filmmakers or otherwise. My partner and I are living between countries that let both of us in, so that we can be together. All connections to humanity have been virtual for years. We were approached by a film studio from Mexico city for life rights... It was a disaster. The deck they pitched turned our story into something tawdry and way off the mark. We declined, as we did with other offers. Elena and I feel the only way to get the story right, is to at least, write it ourselves. So that's what I am up to on stage 32 - pulling up my socks, (not that you could wear any socks in our present location, without risking hyperthermia or fatal toe fungus) and turning myself into a screenwriter.
