About Chaitanya

Chaitanya Vyas is an award-winning screenwriter and a published author. His screenplays have won the Rising Star Award and the Bronze Nib at Let's Make It! Screenwriting Contest, Best First-Time Screenwriter (Short film) Award at Košice International Film Festival, and have made it to Official Selection in Chicago Script Awards; semi-final in BLASTOFF Season 7, Screenwritingstaffing Season 4 Query Letter Contest, and in Page Turner First 15 Competition; quarter-final in Inroads Screenwriting Fellowship Season 6, and The Wiki Screenplay Contest; nominated to Jaipur International Film Festival; received Honorable Mention in The Wiki Screenplay Contest, the Top 100 winners scripts (59th) in the Capital Fund Screenplay Competition-2023 and Liverpool Indie Awards Summer Season 2023 (Top 49/669 projects). He has authored two novels, two novellas, an anthology of short stories, three academic books, and fourteen research articles. He has been a founding member of the Asia Pacific Writers & Translators Association. He teaches at a university in India.
