When a college student decides to prank a bully after he and his friends nearly beat the man to death, things go horribly wrong, a chemical compound he created is contaminated and begins turning human beings into raging monsters, who in turn create more raging monsters, and soon the entire world is in danger of total annihilation, and the only beings who might be able to help save mankind are more monsters.
