The Ranch Horror ⋄ Science Fiction Set in New Mexico in the 1950s, Moira Ranch is a rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addiction. When Maria, a young woman from Baltimore, is mysteriously sentenced to the ranch, she hopes to put her dark past of drug abuse and the death of her young daughter behind her. Instead, Maria is slowly confronted with the realization that she may be under the care and influence of a religious order that will not allow her to leave. And that's not all, there's a beam of light protruding from the barn out back, and it doesn't appear to be of this earth.
