Frank is an author, actor, and screenwriter. He has several books on , and has appeared in several movies that were made in Oklahoma. His first screenplay SHOOT THE MAN DOWN(western) won first place in the BAREBONES 9THSCRIPT2SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL IN 2009. The following year a short version of his screenplay HE WHO KILLS(suspense) Also won first place in 2010. He recently sold a short screenplay to a producer in California.
