About Robert
My name is Robert Grubbs and I am an aspiring screenwriter. I write Sci-fi, action/adventure and horror screenplays. My biggest influences come from the movies of the sixties and seventies, such as: The Thing From Another World, King Kong, War of The Worlds, Them, Dracula, etc. I have being bored so I try to convey as much energy and excitement into my work as possible. I believe one of the biggest tools a writer can have in his or her writing arsenal is a good imagination. I am a former daycare teacher, correctional officer and family services worker with the department of human services. I have been married for over twenty years. I would like to own my own independent production company someday and produce my own projects.
