Director/ Editor / Graphic Designer Bil (with one L) Rogers, a native of New Hampshire studied audio engineering at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida and graduated with an Associate of Science Degree in Recording Arts. Using his audio engineering skills as a base, he quickly transitioned to film and video production as it had been a passion since childhood. Honing his skills in Maine as Assistant Editor at Lone Wolf Pictures, Rogers' resume includes NOVA's "To The Moon" and "Hitler's Lost Sub" as well as National Geographic's "Mayday! Lost at Sea".
Since moving back to the Concord area 11 years ago, Bil (with one L) along with his wife Shelly, serving as producer and archival researcher, have formed 1L Media, LLC. 1L Media is focusing on community projects from UNH's Institute on Disability, Lakes Region Community Services, Gateways Community Services in Nashua, Community Crossroads in Atkinson and the Community Support Network Inc (CSNI) with whom they made the acclaimed documentary "Lost In Laconia". They also work with many local businesses on areas ranging from commercials and marketing materials to graphic design.
1L Media is also tied into the growing independent film community here in New Hampshire.
