Jesse dies and wants to go to heaven, but discovers that destiny has chosen him to play a pivotal role in the building tensions between purgatory and hell. Which seems impossible as the fiendish Sarah stalks him to all ends of the underworld.

SYNOPSIS:

ACT I

Jesse Able’s parents watch helpless as he dies. Jesse awakens in a world of the lost souls called Shadow. Jesse meets Sarah and they escape the hospital avoiding the hungry dead stalking the neonate souls. Sarah is revealed to be his Demonically empowered sister. His grandfather arrives in time to save him from his sister. The sister and grandfather fight. His sister ultimately runs away.

ACT II-A

Daniel introduces Jesse to his allies’ members of a resistance that fights to try and stop a demonically empowered Dark Legion from seizing control of Shadow. Jesse and Daniel agree to set out on a journey to teach him to use the power he unknowingly possesses. The Dark Legion captures them during their journey. Where they meet an old ally of Daniel’s named Marcus. Together Marcus and Daniel start training Jesse.

ACT II-B

Sarah is ordered to attack another ally of Daniel’s named Alicia who is the figurehead of the Resistance. Sarah sends her minions to attack Alicia. Meanwhile she makes her way to the ship holding Daniel and Jesse with the intention to destroy them both. Marcus, Daniel, and Jesse escape their holding cell. The three make their way out of the ship. The three and Sarah meet on the deck of a battleship. Daniel and Sarah fight as Marcus tries to get Jesse to escape. Sarah destroys Daniel resulting in Jesse loosing control and releasing an explosive blast that destroys the port and the ship and many souls. The resistance arrives after the explosion and rescues Marcus and Jesse. They are spirited away as the Dark Legion arrives in port.

ACT III

The resistance trains Jesse in preparation for battle with the Dark Legion. They have discovered that the Dark Legion has constructed a massive cannon. The Dark Legion plans to use in gaining control of Shadow. The Dark Legion recovers Sarah from the port and rebuilds her. Once all sides are ready Marcus leads the charge against the Outpost that holds the cannon. The battle takes place and Marcus is destroyed while fighting the Dark Legions General Achelion. Jesse fights his minions inside the cannon as Alicia struggles with Sarah. Alicia defeats Sarah by ripping the demonic essence from her. Jesse defeats the minions inside the canon. Jesse turns the weapon on the demonic forces. They celebrate their victory. Jesse and the now redeemed Sarah set out on a raft across the Black Ocean, as brother and sister.
