Deborah Twiss

Deborah came to New York City to study acting when she was 17 and quickly got involved in writing and producing indie films. Her first feature, A GUN FOR JENNIFER, went to over 27 film festivals and is a European cult film. She paid her dues with roles in low-budget films like MOLOTOV SAMBA before taking time to have two children. With little kids in her life, it was easier to return exclusively to acting. She then landed roles in TV shows like Law & Order (SVU and CI), White Collar, and Gravity, plus feature films such as IN-BETWEEN and KICK-ASS, where she portrayed the mock superhero's teacher-crush, Mrs. Zane. Deborah recently wrote and directed and starred opposite Eric Roberts and Cathy Moriarty in A CRY FROM WITHIN, avail on iTunes and Amazon March 17, 2015. In December she began production of CONFIDENCE GAME starring opposite Sean Young, as well as being the director/writer.
