Two men steal a church... then all hell breaks lose.

After William breaks into a church, he finds Martin is already there. They soon figure out that they can reopen the church as priests, that is until the diocese catches wind of it, but there is turmoil there as well as Bishop Fredrick and Cardinal Titus investigate Archbishop Marcus for embezzlement and both seem to think the 'Priests' there now were planted by the other faction. Using the unstable situation, the 'Fathers' inch there way along and seem to be getting away with it until Marcus tries to con them, Fredrick tries to get them to entrap Marcus. It doesn't help that the diocese has sent 11 nuns to help them rehab the church as they live in the room above the Narthex and both 'Fathers' get busy with most of them and that's when Lucifer shows up just before the Arch-angel Michael makes himself known. And, just to make things worse, 4 of the nuns are succubae.

SYNOPSIS:

S01E01 (Pilot) - Meet the Fathers

After Martin and William rob a Manhattan bank, they run into St. Lucinda to escape. The police discuss the situation with the diocese and plan entry to rescue the ‘Priests’ thought to be held hostage. Upon entry, the police believe the suspects have escaped into steam tunnels below the church. The ‘Priests’ are tended to and the church searched, finding drugs. The ‘Fathers’ go back to their normal habits and Captain Macgregor checks in on them suspecting something is off. Later, after they lock up, both ‘Fathers’ reveal that they are criminals posing as priests after breaking in 3 years previous and restoring the church.

S01E02 – Close Inspection

In the secret room, the ‘Fathers’ discuss the botched escape and their options of remaining at the church. At the Diocese, the Arch-Bishop and Bishop discuss the church reopening and going over to observe the ‘Fathers’ and see what’s what. They show up at St. Lucinda with two priests and ten nuns in tow. William seems to make a quick get away leaving Martin to explain things. Martin appears to have it in hand until he shows the Arch-Bishop, both alone, the suspected escape route of the bank robbers. The Arch-Bishop sees through the lies and gets Martin to confess that they are not priests. The Arch-Bishop allows them to remain as priests and the nuns moved into the room above the narthex to keep an eye on them.

S01E03 – Getting To Know You

The ‘Fathers’ still shocked by their luck, discuss what it means to have the nuns there. Sister Hope questions their abilities. Sister Francine tells William that she wants him during confession before running off and William discusses it with Martin. Sister Nicole pleasures Martin before he talks with the Arch-Bishop on the phone about allowing bingo. Martin and Sister Nicole hook up after bingo. Sister Francine returns to confession and has sex with William in the basement. The Sisters in the narthex think the church is haunted because they can hear something in the vents of their bathroom. Sister Abigail informs Martin about it and slips up revealing her desire for sex. Martin gives an odd sermon on fornication but wakes up from it being a dream. After mass, Carter tries to run into the church to avoid arrest and Sister Abigail stops him so the police can detain him.
