SYNOPSIS:

Fallen is a rookie cop that gets set up by a local gang member and his training officer, whereby he ends up having to ride along in a bank robbery, but he doesn’t want to even carry a gun. After the robbery, there is a plan to off all involved by a second group and they are successful at stopping the get away car but Fallen isn’t killed. Fallen’s training officer is at the scene and kills the second set of gunmen before Fallen crawls out of the wreckage and gets away with a bag full of loot.

Realizing that it may be his only saving grace, Fallen is able to hide the stolen money as the police and F.B.I. decend on his apartment. Fallen is convicted, but the bulk of the money not recovered at the scene of the crash isn’t found. After sitting in prison for twelve years, Fallen is released and he has a plan for his revenge on those that had wronged him.

Fallen returns to the places he knew as he tries to track down the money, which has been moved and another hurdle to his plan. Miranda, the daughter of the woman Fallen had help him hide the money has passed away, but he doesn’t know she knows where it is. Through a series of events as he makes contact with those that had set him up, it soon found out that there is a bounty on the main man who set him up, and if he gets his wish, all involved will pay the price, but not by his hands.

Throughout the time he spends tracking down the money, allies and enemies are kept close track of and it all comes to a head in the dressing room of the main villain's club where Fallen is confronted at gun point to give up the money. Fallen’s plan doesn’t go off like he wanted, but as if by dumb luck, it does manage to spate him, though not without a few punches to the face. In the end, all the bad guys turn on one another and the begin to drop like flies as the allies give them space to do so and Fallen ends up with the girl and the money.

Writers note:

This is a story of how greed and contempt will drive people to turn on one another with the slightest push. Those that deserve it are punished and the good are rewarderd. It is a Nior film written and shot as a melodrama set in 1958 with slang preserved as it was used by the likes of Bogart and actors of the age.
