Elena Khan's Reel

The Dice Shoot Film (aka "Concept Film"), one member of each Group shoots dice for a word from a list supplied by the instructor. This word is used as the title and jumping-off point for the movie concept.

In the Six-shot film, the filmmaker tells a story with beginning, middle and end using only six shots. Movement and the cut are explored. Shot-to-shot relationships are examined. Specifications: each shot must be exactly 10 seconds in length. Cuts between the 6 shots must be straight cuts, no transitions of any kind.
