Daunte Pinckney

Daunte Pinckney is a Writer/Director from the Bronx, NY, who has been honing his skills behind a camera for the past several years. Recent graduate with a Master’s in Fine Arts degree in Film Production from Full Sail University, he continues to push his creative passion to different heights. His work is inspired by growing up in the inner city of New York. He enjoys telling stories about being a product of one’s environment, the underdog’s plight, and the mysteries of the dating world. His short film Baby Fever was nominated for Best Student Director & Best Comedy Short at the Los Angeles International Film Festival.

In addition to directing and writing, he has acting experience and is a Singer/Songwriter. He also prides himself on being a stellar basketball player, plays two instruments, and can complete the Rubik’s cube in under two minutes. With many projects completed and some in development, Daunte is always open to new opportunities to collaborate and develop connections through his journey as a filmmaker.
