Barb Jungr's Reel

Barb Jungr sings Bob Dylan at the Pizza Express (29.01.12) accompanied by Jenny Carr (piano) and Simon Wallace (keyboard) Sara Lowndes nee Shirley Nozinsky married Bob Dylan on November 22nd 1965. She inspired several of Dylan's songs. 'Sara' was written in the midst of their separation in the mid 70's.

In November 2012 Barb Jungr and a group of musicians and performers from Corby (Head of Snakes), a choir of Corby residents (The Deep Roots Tall Trees Choir), choral leader Gareth Fuller worked with Corby Community Arts, The Core at Corby Cube, Chris Sudworth and Rosalind Stoddart to present a concert featuring a song cycle written by Jungr with Mark Brennan, Nick Finn, Paul Balmer, Ian Cameron, George Reilly, Paul Archer, Spike Pike the Corby Poet with Jenny Carr and Alan Marshall.
