About Bobby

Bobby Baham is an Award Winning Screenwriter and Filmmaker. One might say he is the most underrated creative talent in the Houston, TX area.

He grew up an Air Force brat bouncing around every 3 years or so, but his roots were in Louisiana. He has always loved the movies and acting out his favorite characters with his little sister and friends. As he grew up his artistic talents grew along with a desire to pursue a creative career. Unfortunately, there was limited support in his childhood home and going to college to pursue a "real job" was the only true guidance.

Bobby pursued a degree in Criminal Justice with the goal of becoming a federal agent and joining the war on crime. Looking back he would say he watched one too many Action movies in the 1980's.

Two years into his degree major changes occurred in his life. First he became a father and second he took his first screenwriting course.

Fast forward down a crooked and bumpy road filled with Love, Pain, and Loss Bobby has never given up on his movie making efforts.

Since 2009 he has garnished invaluable skills that have developed him into an Award Winning Writer/Director. Amongst these accolades include 8 international festival laurels.

His favorite quote: "We are the Music Makers, and we are the Dreamers of Dreams." Willy Wonka, aka Gene Wilder.
