SYNOPSIS:

Zombies...on Ice! is a fast-paced, southern-fried horror that explores the far-reaching consequences of one man’s mistake while satirizing the impact of rampant meth-abuse in the Deep South. After serving five years in an Alabama prison to protect his younger brother, all Jacob Carmichael wants to do is start a new life. Unfortunately, his brother, Tobe, steals the wrong barrel of chemicals from a military storage facility and sells it to Shady Grove Trailer Park’s local meth cooker. As a result, Tobe inadvertently sets in motion an outbreak of meth-fueled undead action that threatens to not only destroy their relationship but literally consume it. Those unfortunate enough to die after smoking the tainted meth come back as fast zombies while their victims become lumbering slow-movers. On his first day out of jail, Jacob (J. C.) must confront an old foe, a former girlfriend, and an unrequited love from his past. In addition, J. C. must attempt to walk the line despite the influence of his brother and their motley crew of redneck buddies. Meanwhile, increasing numbers of zombies consuming park residents threaten to draw attention and police involvement to the meth cookers’ operation. As a result, enforcers from the local redneck mafia are sent into clean up the mess. Can these two bickering brothers and their friends pull it together and escape Shady Grove Trailer Park before the mafia can correct Tobe’s mistake by incinerating the piney woods park and its residents? And can they avoid the roaming packs of ravenous undead in the process?
