I'm originally from Brazil and have been an actor for quite a few years now, having started mainly in theater. I've trained initially in France in both Stanislavski and Adler technique at the 'Atelier International de Théatre' (where VINCENT CASSEL also trained) and the Bilingual Acting Workshop.
Here in the US I have been training mainly at the American Repertory Theater Institute at Harvard University where I am set to graduate in 2018 with a Masters of Liberal Arts (MFA equivalent) in Acting. I have also trained at the Moscow Art Theater School, the Michael Chekhov Actors Studio Boston, as well as taken various opportunities to study acting at the Living Theater NY, Shakespeare & Company, and Lessac Institute, to name just a few of them.
One of the highlights of my career was being told by Olympia Dukakis during an acting workshop at the Living Theater in New York, that not only was I a terrific actor but I also had the passion and sensibility of one. In a career where we are plagued by doubt, it feels good sometimes to have some validation.
Among some of my roles in Moscow, Paris and Boston, I have performed in The Seagull, Fear and Misery in the 3rd Reich, 12 ANGRY JURORS, HAIR, ANNA IN THE TROPICS, WIT, THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS ISCARIOT, THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE, TARTUFFE, WRONG MAN, and ALL IN THE TIMING.
Other fun facts: I speak French, English and Portuguese fluently. I'm also a fencer, the foil being my weapon of choice and a Latin American Dancer.
I also have a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol in England.
