About Renee

Writer, producer, director of award-winning films and TV content.
Screen and media professional with 20+ years experience.

Developing a 2018 slate of feature, series and webisode content in the following genres: futuristic dystopic romance; supernatural coming-of-age; crime comedy; mockumentary; experimental rom-com; black comedy, transgressive mystery; supernatural thriller.
Have a horror-comedy feature script ready for market - OKK aka Outback Killer Koalas.
In pre-production of a poetic documentary with an immersive component to compare the impact of the absence of the screen on emotion generation in audiences. This is also the focus of a post-grad research degree I'm doing with the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Also an occasional gun-for-hire - for example: in Sep 2017 I was invited to craft a story from some bare bones facts for a feature film and a 1 pager to take to market. The international team offered to pay double my normal fee in full by COB if I said yes in our first meeting.
Of course there was a catch - they needed the work done in 3 weeks.
Funds deposited. Deadline met. Mission accomplished.
