How can Stage 32 Help You?

You’ll submit a 5-page synopsis of your manuscript, book, graphic novel or podcast summary (whether a novel, novella, biography, short story, graphic novel pages, or children’s book) to the working industry executive of your choosing. After they give it a thorough read, they’ll schedule a 60 minute phone call with you where they’ll discuss both the creative and business aspects of a potential adaptation.

Throughout your conversation, your executive will provide you with detailed feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of both your story and specific story elements, as well as creative suggestions on how to adapt your literary work into a screenplay. Your executive will also come prepared with potential homes for your project (ie. networks, streamers, production companies, studios, etc.), budget range ideas, and a path to bring your adapted project to fruition. No one will have a clearer idea of how to make your project market-ready than these executives.

And remember: this is your opportunity to build a potential relationship with someone on the inside. Be professional, be courteous, be yourself, and if you have specific questions for them, ask away! And make sure that you take notes. The information that you’ll receive through these phone calls is invaluable and you won’t want to miss an ounce of it.
