About Shadow

Shadow Dragu-Mihai, Esq, IPG is the Executive Director of the Independent Producers Guild. He consults for independent productions. As part of his professional mission, and head of the IPG, he mentors talented professional film makers, including directors, producers and writers. He provides producing consultation and development services, and conducts educational seminars and programs for the IPG educational initiatives. Shadow has over 30 years in hands-on film production, and many years as a practicing entertainment attorney. He has worked television, feature film, unscripted/reality and live theatre. His direct experience includes cinematographer, special effects and stunt support (doing his practical work out of film school on the set of the XFiles).

Shadow has worked directly with many great names in film & television including Sally Kirkland, Jacqueline Bisset, Amir Naderi, James Woods, Tommy Schlamme, Matthew Perry, Michael Mann, Robert Beltran, Jackie Chan, Matthew Perry, and many more. In unscripted, he has worked on major productions including Hell's Kitchen, Gigolos, Restaurant Express, Top Chef Masters, Mystery Diners, Project Runway, Mob Wives, Red Neck Vacation, Real World just to name a few.
