I write character driven stories about underdogs who stand up and find their voice, stories that can be told in surprising innovative ways. Theme is paramount.

DAVID AND KATRINA – A LOVE STORY (action-drama based on the true story the I control a life rights option to for all media) is a 2016 PAGE Awards Quarterfinalist, a 2016 Stage 32 Happy Writers Quarterfinalist and a 2016 Scriptapalooza Feature Screenwriting Awards Quarterfinalist.

PICKING UP STICKS is my new broad romantic comedy. It has advanced into the Second Round at the 2016 Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Competition. It is also a 2016 Creative World Awards Comedy Semifinalist.

My other screenplays include

Farm Animal Compassionate Engagement - - is a 501c(3) in progress. I am founder, blogger and a content creative for this site which launched in December, 2014 and is dedicated to ending the horror of factory farming.

I am also an entertainment consultant, having originated and overseen two independent Home Entertainment labels, VINA ENTERTAINMENT and WOODHAVEN ENTERTAINMENT, establishing distinctive brand identities by producing or acquiring cutting edge content. I have been directly responsible for the rights negotiation and licensing, development and release of over 400 feature films, television and special interest programs onto DVD and, more recently, onto broadcast and VOD platforms.
