Trishul is a second-generation British Indian Director & DP based between the UK and USA. His career started in the Music Video Industry, directing and shooting large scale videos for Reggae artists in the Caribbean, Africa and USA where he learnt on the job to be resourceful, multi-skilled and displayed an ability to provide big production value with modest budgets and crew.
In 2009 he was selected and accepted into the Advanced Film Directing Course at Central Film School where he was trained in the art of Acting for the Screen in London and New York by Patrick Tucker, Anna Strasberg and the schools of David Mamet, Sanford Meisner, Stella Adler and Konstantin Stanislavski.
In 2012 Trishul founded Orensis Films in Tampa Bay, Florida. It represents his long term goals as a film-maker, to support and create original content and film-makers. In addition to creating award winning Short Films, he is currently shooting and co-producing the feature length documentary for Reggae legends Steel Pulse, that has been shot over 5 years and 5 continents.
