The biggest scene that ended up being deleted from our documentary The Unjust & Us: https://youtu.be/dpfudQRbAdA Despite our love for this scene, it simply didn't fit within the narrative. Experiencing the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, was an amazing privilege. There is nothing quite like the wildlife in Africa. It is absolutely breathtaking. But we must remember the delicate balance of nature and the precarious situation that many of these species are in because of mankind. It is up to us take responsibility and do what is necessary to save them.

But while for some there is despair, there is also hope. People are waking up to the problems around them and are beginning to fight for our planet. The oceans of the world cover 71% of the surface of our planet. Within these blue depths exists life of great diversity. But the sea creatures we know best are under the greatest threat.

Matt Destre - Anti-Poaching Unit This extended scene from our documentary The Unjust & Us, gives a more detailed look of our experience at Lifupa Lodge in Kasungu National Park, Malawi. The lodge is a stunning and tranquil place, but our time there would tell a tragic story. We were met by elephant researcher, Remke Lasance, veteran Matt Destre and his anti-poaching unit, and wildlife veterinarian Dr Amanda Salb. Kulimba, one of the 40+ elephants in the area had been shot by a poacher. Kulimba means strength and she certainly proved that she had plenty of that. This tragic event reminded us how serious the poaching crisis is in Africa. Elephants and other animals are on the verge of extinction because they are being murdered at an alarming rate, all for the profit of the wealthy and corrupt. Like Remke said, "It's an organized crime."
