Eric Hsiao serves as Creative Executive at Justin Lin's Perfect Storm Entertainment, the production company behind such films and series as F9: The Fast Saga, Star Trek Beyond, Space Jam: A New Legacy, and HBO Max’s Warrior, where he has collaborated on the development of projects set up at studios including Universal, Paramount, Sony, Netflix, and Participant. Additionally, Eric oversees Perfect Storm's producing partnership with the Beijing-based film studio CMC Pictures (The Meg). Eric got his start as an assistant and agent trainee at UTA after graduating from NYU’s MBA/MFA producing program. Q: How do I watch my webinar live?
A: If you received a confirmation that your webinar is on Go to Webinar, you will receive an email from Go to Webinar with further instructions for participating in the live webinar. You can also access your webinar link in your purchase history located under settings in the top right-hand corner of your Stage 32 profile.

Q: How do I watch my webinar on demand?
A: You will be able to watch your webinar on demand as many times as you’d like inside your Stage 32 profile. The recording is processed and posted between 24-48 hours after the webinar concludes. You can follow the instructions below.

Q: What is the format of a webinar?
A: Stage 32 Next Level Webinars are typically 90-minute educational broadcasts that take place online using a designated software program from Stage 32. Your webinar will be taught by a working industry professional with in-depth teaching on a topic. If you are able to attend live you will be able to ask your Stage 32 Educator questions during Q&A.
Q: What are the system requirements to watch my webinar live?
A: You will need to meet the following system requirements in order to run the webinar software: Windows 7 or later Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or later.
If you have Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X 10.9 (Mountain Lion): The webinar software does not support these operating systems. If you are running one of those operating systems, please upgrade now in order to be able to view a live webinar. Upgrade your Windows computer / Upgrade your Mac computer.
Q: What if I cannot attend the live webinar?
A: If you cannot attend a live webinar or purchase an on demand webinar, you will have access to the entire recorded broadcast, including the Q&A.
Q: Will I have access to the webinar afterward to re-watch?
A: Yes! Like all Stage 32 education, after the purchase of a live or on demand webinar, you will have on-demand access to the recording.
Q: How do I get a copy of the handouts provided?
A: If the webinar you take included handouts you can find them as downloads underneath your on demand video. You must be logged into your Stage 32 profile to view the video and get the handouts by clicking settings in the top right hand corner, then clicking purchase history.

Mike Diaz is an accomplished Manager and Producer at Citizen Skull Management - where he represents Writers, Directors, and Producers. Previously, Mike was at ATN Entertainment a boutique management company founded in 2015 by Jennifer Aurianna Dare. Previously, Jennifer was at Bohemia Group, one of the top talent management companies in the industry, as Executive Vice-President. The goal of ATN Entertainment is to create and contribute to the success, livelihood and happiness of her clients, while servicing them with the highest level of integrity. Prior to that, Mike was at The Coronel Group, a boutique entertainment management company that takes a well-rounded approach to representing actors, writers and directors for the longevity of their clients' careers. Alec regularly works as a screenwriter for all the major studios and various global independent producers. His feature film credits include "Toy Story", "Cheaper By the Dozen", "Garfield", "Garfield: A Tale Of Two Kitties", "Money Talks", "Evan Almighty", "Goodbye Lover" and "Daddy Day Camp." Originally born in Haiti, Mike broke into Hollywood as a production assistant on reality shows like AMERICAN IDOL and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE? until being discovered by Issa Rae who staffed him as a writer on her fiction podcast FRUIT.Mike entered the world of TV writers’ rooms serving as a writers’ assistant on the TNT show CLAWS and wrote on HBO’s comedy hit INSECURE with Issa Rae. Mike also founded The Black Boy Writes Mentorship Initiative, a mentorship program for Black men and women who are looking to break into TV writing. Mike’s varied background in TV writing has allowed him to experience many different writers’ rooms and has given him a keen sense on how to best write and perform in these settings. He is very generous with his knowledge and insights, and during this webcast he offered fantastic insights into working in a Netflix writers' room!

Aaron is a Development Executive in the Originals Content Development division of the recently launched Paramount+. He has worked on series including THE GOOD FIGHT, THE TWILIGHT ZONE, STAR TREK: DISCOVERY, GUILTY PARTY, and WHY WOMEN KILL, among many others. Aaron has been at CBS Studios for the last three years.
