In 2016, he began producing/directing to bring his screenplays to life. Charlie continues to work on new material every day. Charlie's feature screenplay, "Church Basements", was a Quarter-Finalist for the 4th Annual ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship. His feature screenplay, "Your Heaven, My Hell", was a Quarter-Finalist in the 2017 ScreenCraft Comedy Screenplay Competition. His screenplay for "No Money Down" is a Semi-Finalist for the 5th Annual ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship.
