Seeking producing partner - a job post by Zach Jansen

About the job

I'm seeking a producing partner for a micro-budget feature film.  The film is based upon a script I've written and it will be the first feature film I'll direct.  More information on the script, Greyhound 1170, can be found on its InkTip page.

Ideal candidate should have producing experience (something I have very little of), especially in logistics, including:

• Helping find and secure locations for shooting
• Recommending and recruiting crew members
• Working to improve script with writer/director and cast

A pitch/concept video is currently in pre-production for an investors package and possible crowdfunding campaigns, which unfortunately means initially there won't be any pay.  However, once funding is in place, everyone who has worked and is working on the film will be compensated.

I'm hoping to find someone to work with now and with future projects as well, including producing existing feature screenplays and developing new screenplays for production.
