Introduce Yourself : It’s nice to meet you! by Jessica Belbin

Well I tried to post once and it didn’t work. If it did I can’t see it. So, this moment is the continuing lesson of failure as an opportunity in improv! I’ve been performing long form improv for 13 years with The Kinkonauts improv theatre here in Calgary. Last year I took a leap and got an agent and started putting myself out there thru auditions. It’s been a fun learning curve and confidence building when I got a principal role in a commercial that was initially going to be just two shots of the back of my head. I’m proud my improv skills got me a role where the producers and writers saw they could offer me more. I’m excited about the future and I’m happy to be here to introduce myself. I look forward to connecting and meeting you all!
