Hi everyone! I’m new to Stage32 and excited to be here. Would love to hear your favorite part of being here and any tips for making the most of it.
My film The Squirrels in the Attic (https://www.rachelspoonerthomas.com/the-squirrels-in-the-attic-1) is currently in the festival circuit. While it hasn’t been the same as in-person festivals, I’ve been appreciating the unexpected bonuses of the virtual world (e.g., like getting to see ALL the films in a festival, taped Q&As instead of live, the fun Zoom meet and greets, etc.)! I have another film coming out soon, which we shot in July with Covid safety measure in place and hoping it can have more of a “normal” festival experience, but we’ll see.
Been spending a lot of time writing and my newest focus is psychological horror (would love to connect with anyone in that vein). In general, would love to chat about writing/directing/everything film and connect and learn from you all!
