Post-Production : Timecode Locked Quicktime video (with OMF files) ? by Eric Waters

Hello everyone. I've worked with Pro Tools 20+ years (recording/editing/mixing). I want to add the skill of Post Sound Production. Does anyone have Timecode Locked Quicktime video (with OMF files) that you are willing to share? I'm looking for something short (free). You get a free mix of your short. I get a bit of experience with Timecode. Thanks.
