Hello Stage 32 folks and my name is Lorenzo “Big Flem“ Fleming, and I am a 35 years unpublished screenwriter, nonfiction and fiction writer, voiceover artist, narrator, military technical advisor, and creator/host of Big Flem Radio and TV podcast channel (www.bigflemradiotv.com) from Southern California (Inland Empire) by way of southeast Georgia. I’ve been a member of Stage 32 since 2015. I’m a 26+-year Active Duty Army and Army Reserve Soldier and Iraq War veteran with two combat tours. Looking forward to meeting new people, networking, marketing my current written and voice projects, and collaborating on any future screen/voiceover/TV writing projects. Currently working on a children’s book as well as redoing all of my previous written works using the latest screenwriting software tools. By day, I’m a HR Administrator for an Army Reserve Military Police (Detention) unit. I’m a firm believer in promoting positive, uplifting, and inspiring entertainment projects for the general public regardless of race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc. Still looking for my “big break” in this industry and always open to suggestions and recommendations. If any one needs a volunteer to do a table read for their screenplay/teleplay, please hit me up as well as anyone who needs a narrator or voiceover artist. Take care, be safe and be a blessing to someone! Lorenzo Fleming lorenzofleming@yahoo.com Male

Hi! Good to connect, Lorenzo! You've had an eventful life. Perfect for writing! While there isn't one way to break into this industry, I'd recommend looking at the pitches that are available on Stage 32: https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions. We have more than 40 open sessions right now with execs, producers and managers actively looking for writers and projects. We also have 2 contests currently open that may be a fit: the Animation Contest and the Sci-fi/Fantasy contest. Both have incredible jurors and mentors that have worked on shows like THE WITCHER, SEVERANCE and more!
