A few weeks ago I posted a video about how filmmaker Alejandro Iñárritu directed three different films at three different budget levels, as I found it a really interesting way of looking at a filmmaker's progression. Today, I actually stumbled across a similar video about Greta Gerwig and I just HAD to share it!
The below video looks at three films made by director Greta Gerwig that were made at wildly different budgets: the no-budget Nights And Weekends, the mid-range budget Lady Bird, and the Hollywood blockbuster Barbie - to see how her approach to filmmaking shifted along with her financial and filmmaking resources.
