I had a profound experience watching Anna Henry's webinar How to establish Tone....She called it an advanced skill. It's not an easy concept to grasp, especially when reviewing your own work. While watching the webinar I went from I think I've got this. to I don't think I'l' ever get this.' But Henry drove home the importance of mastering the skill. One of her downloads was a 200 word list of common Tone words. I used the list against two of my screenplays. Selecting the words that fit the story, and it was quite revealing. I realized aspects of my screenplays that I was neglecting. Also the last 5 minutes of Anna Henry's webinar are not to be missed. She talks about what writers who don't understand Tone are probably doing wrong and not realizing it. Anna Henry is top drawer. Thank you
