Coffee & Content - Brian Helgeland Screenwriting Lecture & How to Edit a Low-Budget Blockbuster

Good morning, Creative Army.
Welcome to the last Coffee & Content of 2018. We've had some fun, haven't we? Hopefully we've learned a bit along the way.
Let's finish strong, shall we?
Brian Helgeland has written some remarkable screenplays including L.A. Confidential (one of my personal favorites). In another phenomenal entry of the BAFTA Guru Series, Helgeland discusses the craft, the business, and how to navigate the highs and lows as writer.
Next up from This Guy Edits, a look at the editing of Searching which was not only a Sundance darling, but dollar for dollar one of the most successful independent films of 2018.
Those of you who have shared this content week after week throughout the year, I thank you. It means a great deal to me. As for the rest of ya, pick it up, will ya? In all seriousness, I hope you'll pay it forward and share the content as I share with you.
I hope the final days of 2018 are enjoyable and filled with creativity. See you all in the New Year.
Cheers.
