Fresh off the heels of our expanding partnerships with Cannes, Raindance, Hollyshorts, and AFM (more on that shortly) and our new partnerships with the Trinidad and Tobago Film Commission and the Hamburg Film Festival, we're proud to announce that we have now joined forces with the prestigious Austin Film Festival.

For starters, we'll be screening our 4th Annual Short Film Program during the festival.  So far this program has screened at Hollyshorts, Raindance and now we're excited to bring it to Austin and their audience of fervent film fans.  Later this year, we'll be screening this program online for an audience of over 500 executives all over the world, giving our winning filmmakers unparalleled access to managers, agents, development execs, financiers and more.

"Austin Film Festival is excited to partner with Stage 32 for our 26th Annual Austin Film Festival & Writers Conference. With our shared missions of helping storytellers find their voice on the page and on the screen, this is a natural fit. We look forward to sharing this experience!" – Alexandra T. Mitchell, Shorts Programmer, Austin Film Festival

Additionally, our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, and I will be speaking on numerous panels covering screenwriting, filmmaking, film producing, film finance and more.

And, of course, we will be hosting our 7th Annual Stage 32 Rooftop Bash at Handlebar, just a short block away from the Driskill hotel.

All of these fantastic partnerships bring more opportunity and access for our talented members.  There's more to come!  But in the meantime, our thanks to all the incredible people at the Austin Film Festival & Conference for working with us and forging this exciting and exclusive partnership!
