Anne Marie Gillen, CEO of Gillen Group LLC:
Prior to launching her own company, Gillen was the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Freeman’s company, Revelations Entertainment. She led the company in the strategic financing and distribution of Revelations’ projects. Anne Marie is a consultant and executive coach to independent producers and equity investors advising on script evaluation, business plans, financing, worldwide distribution and single film and/or film company cash flow projections - motto is "Fusing Business & Creativity.".
As a producer, she has produced films ranging from studio fare (Fried Green Tomatoes), to passion projects (Under Suspicion starring Morgan Freeman & Gene Hackman) and low-budget indies (Into Temptation starring Jeremy Sisto & Kristin Chenoweth).
Her films have premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, New York Film Festival, San Francisco International Film Festival, and been nominated for Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Independent Spirit Awards and DGA Awards.
Gillen is a lecturer and panelist and gives workshop seminars for such organizations as: AFM; Bloomberg BNA, Puerto Rico Film Commission, California Lawyers for the Arts, NALIP (National Association of Latino Independent Producers), Pratt University, UCLA Film School, USC Film School and Chapman University.

Lou Bevilacqua is the founding member of Bevilacqua PLLC (www.bevilacquapllc.com), a boutique transactional corporate and securities law firm. Previously, Mr. Bevilacqua was a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and held that position since October 2008. Mr. Bevilacqua counsels companies of every size ranging from entrepreneurs with just an idea to established companies whose securities trade on the NYSE or NASDAQ. He has broad experience representing issuers in public offerings and private placements of securities, Exchange Act compliance, angel and venture capital financings, and other areas of equity and debt financing. Mr. Bevilacqua also advised his clients on mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations, including “roll up” transactions. Mr. Bevilacqua has several years of experience working with microcap public companies whose securities are quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, and he understands the special needs of these companies.
